We are looking for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor who is looking for a lead role.

The practice has a reputable reputation in the industry and now feel ready to launch an office in London's Kings Cross. The firm has partnered up with a property management company and has pipelined work into Q3 2023.
This is a generic building surveying role which encompasses both technical and managerial duties. You will lead several multimillion pound schemes from inception to completion whilst spotting new business opportunities. Duties also include managing client relationships, delivering programmes and strategizing for the future. The successful individual will be heavily involved with direction of the office along with recruitment and growth plans.
