Lead Building Surveyor (Associate/Partner)

Unique opportunity for an Associate/Partner Building Surveyor to join an award winning multi-discipline practice in London. An opening in the newly established London offices has arisen for a Lead Building Surveyor to oversee the premises. We are looking for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor who is looking for a lead role.

A friendly and close-knit organisation who prides themselves on delivering accurate construction advice across the built environment. The practice has a reputable reputation in the industry and now feel ready to launch an office in London's Kings Cross. The firm has partnered up with a property management company and has pipelined work into Q3 2023.

This is a generic building surveying role which encompasses both technical and managerial duties. You will lead several multimillion pound schemes from inception to completion whilst spotting new business opportunities. Duties also include managing client relationships, delivering programmes and strategizing for the future. The successful individual will be heavily involved with direction of the office along with recruitment and growth plans.

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware

• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
