Carriera is excited to partner with one of the UK's leading property & construction practices who have ambitious growth plans for the future and are looking to appoint a Partner to oversee their H&S/ CDM service offering across the North of England. This is a key appointment for the business which operate across several offices in the UK with a well-established H&S/ CDM team already in place.
The business is heavily involved in projects within the commercial, residential, local authority, sport, data centres, healthcare, infrastructure, hotel and leisure sectors throughout the country. The successful candidate would be responsible for the development and growth of the service offering with overall control of the department's finances, with the current turnover of the department in excess of £1m.
This role would suit a senior level H&S/ CDM professional who has worked for a property & construction consultancy in a Senior Associate/ Head of/ Director position and who is now looking to take the next step in their career and take control of a growing division for our client.
