Location: Home based - applicants must be happy with travel to various projects across England

Salary: Up to £50,000 + car allowance (£4,000) + travel expenses + excellent benefits package

Carriera is excited to partner with a leading risk management consultancy who operate throughout UK. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Health & Safety/ Compliance Advisor to provide a variety of H&S services to their diverse portfolio of clients in the facilities management, property, public sector, construction, and healthcare sectors. The role would suit someone who can travel to various sites and projects across the country.

Our client is interested in speaking with pro-active and competent Health & Safety professional to join the team covering projects across the UK (this would be a home-based role). The organisation is ideally looking for a well-rounded H&S professional who has experience of delivering a variety of health & safety services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious H&S/ Compliance Advisor.to join a well-established business which is going through a period of growth, this role will develop your client facing and leadership skills whilst being part of a highly successful and growing consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Offer a variety of health & safety services to a diverse client base.
• Ensure that all sites are compliant and the relevant documentation is in place and in date.
• Carrying out investigations into all accidents/ incidents, fires and dangerous occurrences.
• Conduct disability access audits for clients.
• Demonstrate a good knowledge of H&S, including compliance, CDM, fire safety and environmental legislation.
• Carryout site safety inspections and site safety audits.
• Develop new and existing client relationships.

About you

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable).
• NEBOSH General or Construction certificate.
• Membership to IOSH (desirable).
• Experience of delivering a range of H&S/ compliance services.
• 2 - 3 years H&S experience within a consultancy setting (desirable).
• Full UK Driving license & access to a vehicle (company car or car allowance provided).
