Carriera is working with a leading property and construction consultancy which has been established for over 20 years and operates out of offices in Leeds. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety/ CDM Consultant to join the team advising on 2015 CDM regulations and offering a health & safety service to clients.
The successful candidate will be working on a diverse portfolio of residential, education, university, industrial, office, hospitality, sport, leisure, mixed use, healthcare, commercial and regeneration projects across the region and on a national level. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious H&S/ CDM Consultant to join a forward-thinking medium sized consultancy which is going through an exciting period of growth.
Our client is ideally looking to hire someone from a consultancy background who has hands on experience with the various documentation associated with 2015 CDM Regs e.g construction phase plans, pre-construction information, F10's etc.
