Carriera is excited to partner with a well established property & construction consultancy who operate throughout London and the South East. They are looking to bring on board an experienced CDM/ PD professional to develop their service offering along with managing a small team of H&S professionals and overall control of the departments cost centre.
The successful post holder will be tasked with growing the service offering for the organisation with expectations that they will take control of the CDM team (team currently stands at 4 H&S/ CDM professionals) and become the head of department for the business. Our client operates across various sectors but has long standing relationships in the residential, education, commercial, healthcare, retail, leisure, local government, and industrial space.
The organisation is interested in speaking with experienced senior level CDM/ H&S professionals who have previous experience of delivering CDM/ PD services to clients within the built environment (this role would be based from our clients offices 3 days per week in order to develop and mentor a team of safety professionals). The consultancy is ideally looking for a well-rounded H&S professional who has experience of delivering a variety of health & safety services within the property & construction sector.
