The opportunity is to support a Senior Building Surveyor who is also an experienced APC councillor. You will assist in office fit outs, refurbishments, planned maintenance programmes and survey schemes. Responsibilities also include schedules of dilapidations (landlord & tenant), reinstatement cost assessments and feasibility studies.
You the successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be offered structured APC support from an experienced and focused councillor. The firm is devoted to delivering a supportive environment for the Graduate Building Surveyor to achieve full Chartership MRICS status.
