Graduate Building Surveyor

If you are a graduate building surveyor looking for a supportive and challenging role. We have an opportunity to join one of London’s most exciting and talked about consultancy’s, offering the ideal platform for somebody seeking a commercial diet.

The business employs 25 staff and comprises qualified/non-qualified building surveyors and project managers. The partners are exceptional role models and have previously worked for one of the world’s leading commercial consultancies.

Day to day, you will work alongside a talented team working with developers, landed estates, institutional investors, banks, and high-end hotels.

Responsibilities

80% Project Work / 20% Professional Work

Includes: contract administration, project management, project monitoring, development appraisals and monitoring, pre-acquisition, surveys, planned preventative maintenance advice, expert witness, dilapidations & more. Some names include Investec, Canada Life and Christies.

• Basic Salary up to £29,000 D.O.E

About You

• BSc or MSc RICS Accredited Degree
• 6-12 months minimum building surveying experience
