Graduate Building Surveyor - Full APC support

You the successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be joining a positive and supportive environment which organically promotes success.

This is a generic building surveying role supporting the Lead Director in the division who is also an experienced APC councillor. A healthy work diet is available, you the successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be exposed to both the professional and project disciplines. The department is currently delivering office fit out CAT A, refurbishment, dilapidation programmes and other survey schemes across the capital and surrounding home counties. Projects values range from £200k - £15million.

The organisation has a strong emphasis on continuing personal and professional development. A structured APC programme is in place to encourage natural growth and promotion. You will have the full support of the Lead Director and practice achieving full Chartership MRICS status.  

Graduate Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• Ideally started APC
• Minimum 6-12 months private practice experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Full UK driver’s licence
