Our client are a small building surveying consultancy based in Teddington who’s services included party wall matters, Commercial property and project management, Architectural design services, dilapidation surveys and many more. With over 90 years of experience within the property and construction markets our client have built a strong and ever growing commercial and residential portfolio.
The business are looking for an assistant building surveyor with some experience that they can help to train and guide through their APC.
The Position:
- Shadow the senior company staff while out on site.
- Take on more responsibility and autonomy within the business as you gain experience within building surveying.
- Study towards completing your APC, keeping your diary etc up to date with the latest information.
- Aid in looking after a service line consisting of both residential and commercial work and a diverse workload consisting of both project and professional duties.

About you:
- A recent Building surveying graduate that is hungry to get into the industry.
- A person that takes the initiative and is able to work independently of supervision at times.
- Able to go above and beyond their remit so that work is done promptly and in due time.
- Smart and is able to think on their feet in order to solve what can be complex problems.
- Experience with Auto CAD is desirable.
