Read MoreIf you are a graduate building surveyor with a minimum of 12 months experience we would like to hear from you. We are working closely with a medium sized consultancy that offer property advice to a network of private sector clients across the Southeast.
The business is commercial bias, providing services including, building surveying, valuation, asset management and health & safety to name a few. As a total the business employs north of 200 staff with 10 offices situated across the UK. The opportunity will see you working closely with other disciplines, within a team of four chartered building surveyors.
The opportunity will see you delivering project and professional duties which will give you total coverage, and support for your APC. You will have the opportunity to work alongside an APC assessor, assisting on projects that value up to £2m with the opportunity to assist on other property related matters such as dilapidations, party wall and surveys.
You will have a degree within building surveying, ideally some experience, whether that be a sandwich year/ year out or post degree. It is essential that you are articulate, well presented, are concise in the written word and have strong IT skills. It is also essential that you have a full driving license.

They will provide a solid basic up to £27,000, plus full benefits, 23 days holiday and a bonus based upon team performance. The business and the lead partner support the APC program passionately and have an enviable success rate.
