Graduate Building Surveyor

A surveying and construction specialist is looking to add a Graduate Building Surveyor to their team. The offices are located in the City minute's walk from Waterloo train station.

You will be joining a company led at the very top level by Chartered Surveyors, meaning professional development, knowledge sharing and best practice are at the very core of how we deliver our services. You will be provided with opportunities for leadership and progression as you advance your surveying career.

The role is to support a Senior Building Surveyor with several projects across the residential, education and commercial sectors. This is a generic building surveying role which encompasses both the professional and project disciplines. You the successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be given full support and guidance on your APC. Personal and professional development is continued through a progression programme.

Graduate Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Motivated 'self-driven'
• Within an hour's commute from Waterloo
