Director - Building Surveying

Fantastic opportunity for a Director, building surveyor who has the vision and drive to establish the service off the back of an existing client base and strong brand.

Our client is a respected building consultancy, they provide a rounded service offering which includes building surveying, cost and project management services to the built environment. They work through commercial, education, health, industrial and residential, providing both project and professional advice. The company is privately owned, all the directors are fee earning and delivery focused, controlling their own profits centres and service lines. They have an established regional network of offices through the UK, with a loyal client following, are seen as a trusted advisor and employer of choice.

The role will be to establish the service line from Manchester, working off existing local and national relationships , build out capability in delivery by recruiting, training and mentoring a team through the current service offering. This opportunity will be in charge of profit & loss and will be compensated accordingly. You will have the vision to grow the building surveying service line through both public and private sectors, you may be polarised to one area, with your current experience, this is not a concern and will shape the way the team is recruited to deliver a rounded service through a diverse clients base.

You will be a chartered building surveyor, who is time served and capable of delivering a rounded service. We will consider driven associates who are looking to carve out their own career and achieve directorship or proven directors or partners.
