Development Monitoring Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a specialist in-house development monitoring team in London. You will have the unique chance to collaborate with two highly skilled and dedicated Associate and Managing Partners from a globally renowned consultancy. This consultancy is well-respected for its work on a diverse range of projects, spanning from small to large scale, including landmark developments. With a track record of success in the UK and EU, the firm is now expanding its focus to Europe.

The Role:  
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end solutions for our clients. This involves close collaboration with our specialist teams to achieve our business objectives. Your project responsibilities will primarily cover a radius of 1 hour and 30 minutes from your location, with occasional travel required across the UK and Amsterdam. Your core duties will encompass:

• Conducting technical due diligence
• Performing development monitoring on behalf of landlords, funders, and end-users
• Nurturing client relationships and contributing to business development efforts.
• Generating progress and program reports

About You:
We are seeking an individual who possesses a strong drive, unwavering commitment, and genuine passion for their role. The ideal candidate will be proactive, ambitious, and eager to excel. You should hold a relevant RICS-accredited degree and have a background in building surveying, quantity surveying, or project management. Exceptional report writing and communication skills, coupled with a solid technical knowledge base, are essential.
