About the role
With over 21 years in the industry and recent projects including Chelsea Barracks prime residence in Belgravia, Amazon warehouse and fit out commercial office on Bow Street, this consultancy delivers project management, building surveying, cost management and fund monitoring services to an extensive list of public and private clients. Working on projects across the UK from £250k to £50m, this innovative progressive consultancy is looking for someone to join their constantly expanding team due to their consistent success.
As a Cost Manager in the Northampton office, one of their 4 offices across the UK (with 7 others in Europe), you will fulfil a range of pre and post contract duties with the view to managing your own projects. You will work both autonomously and collaboratively with other team members as well as clients.
About you
The successful candidate will be a confident and ambitious individual who isn't afraid to get stuck in from day 1. You'll be comfortable managing your own projects and will Ideally you will be MRICS or be working towards it.
