Contract Administrator

Carriera are looking for a Contract Administrator to join one of their most respected, award winning, muti disc consultancies. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a motivated team and get involved in a variety of unique projects.

About the position

As a contract administrator you will be overseeing the management of construction project design, estimation and project planning including all relevant statutory processes, procurement management and maintenance forecasting and working closely with various client departments. Produce and work against contract management plans for each contract, manage contract exit, developments of reports and presentations to update key stakeholder groups.

About you

Previously worked within a consultancy environment and have experience in NEC, D&B, traditional JCT forms of Contract. Have an understanding of the tasks required to complete and the importance meeting deadlines. Proficient in use of Microsoft packages.
