About the Role
As a developer with 50 investment projects under development held in 20 countries around the world, combining an investment value of around US$35 billion, this opportunity provides a platform to get involved in some of the most prestigious projects around the world from a client-side perspective.
As the commercial project manager you will work on super prime residential projects to the highest finish, with signature architects and top end interior designers such as Spinocchia Freund and JDA. You'll form part of the commercial and risk team, writing reports on project expenditure, overspends and claims. You will be actively involved in the investment risk committee meetings, showing you the decision making for developing and funding projects.
About you
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in either Quantity Surveying, Project or Construction Management as well as strong writing and administration skills. You are likely to have a few years experience and maybe close to gaining your chartership with the RICS/ APM/ IOB. If you need support in finishing this off the business will support you.
