Carriera are pleased to be working exclusively with a highly prestigious and celebrated, Central-London based estate, on the search for a Project Manager. The portfolio is world-renowned, rich in heritage and encompasses predominantly commercial and retail assets, most of which is based in Central London, with a small proportion in Berkshire.
The Role:
This role involves leading project design, planning, team coordination, and ensuring timely, budget-friendly delivery of results. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and maintaining effective communication with management, clients, and relevant stakeholders.

About you:
The perfect candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, along with at least five years of project management experience. Ideally you will have MRICS/ MAPM qualification. A strong history of successful project management and the ability to effectively oversee multiple projects at once is essential.
