Clerk of Works

An opportunity for a Clerks of Works to join a well-established consultancy in Southend on an exciting large scale residential project.

We are currently looking for an experienced Clerks of Works to join a building consultancy and represent clients' interests, conduct regular site inspections daily, checking that building plans are being followed correctly and projects are being delivered accordingly to the spec.

A successful candidate will be an experienced clerk of works with experience of working for a consultancy or contractor. You will need to be from a site manager, finishing foreman background and have a good understanding of programs, quality assurance and health and safety.

This is a permanent position with the contract duration of 3 years. You will have a package of 25 days holiday, healthcare, pension, life insurance and project-based bonuses.
