Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor - Prime Real Estate

A medium sized Building Consultancy in London is looking for a Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor to join their team. My clients open plan offices are minute's walk from Liverpool Street station. Commercial, private residential and education are sectors the practice provides construction advice in.

Role

A generic building surveying position which focuses on prime residential real estate. This is a project focused opportunity, you will act as the lead consultant on maintenance, new build and repairs schemes. Mansion blocks, luxury apartments and listed buildings are structures the building surveying team has recently delivered programmes on. Projects are in Zone 1 & 2 and values range from £200k - £3million.

Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor

You will be Chartered MRICS and come from a proven projects background. We are looking for a professional individual who is passionate about their craft. A motivated and confident surveyor who has client facing experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
