Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor looking to join a leading building consultancy in Northampton? A personable practice in Northampton is looking to strengthen their building surveying team with the addition of a Chartered Building Surveyor. The firms boasts employing over 100 professionals across six different offices. Commercial, residential, rural and industrial are all sectors my client operates in.

The role

A generic building surveying role which encompasses both professional and project disciplines. You will support the Head of Building Surveying with several schemes across Northamptonshire. Delivering maintenance, refurbishment and survey programmes from inception to completion. Other duties include managing external stakeholders and spotting new business opportunities. Project values range up to £3million.

Successful Chartered Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Client facing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
