A West London based building surveying specialist is looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Chartered Building Surveyor. My client is a personable and progressive organisation who has a strong emphasis in individual and career development. Prime residential and commercial consultants, the organisation prides themselves on delivering accurate advice across Zone 1.

The role:

This is a generic building surveying role which predominately focuses on projects. You will lead several programmes from inception to completion whilst managing external stakeholder relationships. Duties include refurbishment, maintenance and repairs on large estates, mansion blocks and listed buildings. Project values range up to £2million.

• Contract administration
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Feasibility studies
• Schedules of condition
• Refurbishment
• Party wall matters
• Reinstatement cost assessments

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Client facing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
