Role
A key member of the team supporting the Lead Partner in London, providing traditional building surveying services across the commercial and industrial sectors. The division is currently undertaking a wide variety of instructions for both investor and occupier clients. Negotiating dilapidations in a Central London multi-let office, undertaking TDD surveys for an out-of-town science park or monitoring the development of a new logistics hub.
Working alongside the Lead Partner presents a great opportunity to be in the spotlight and progress your career. Client management and business development experience are not critical but would be advantageous.
Chartered Building Surveyor
We are looking for a confident and competent professional, a Full Member of the Institute of Chartered Surveyors. You will come from a commercial background and have full exposure across the building surveying disciplines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential along with having a ‘can do’ attitude. A passionate individual who pays close attention to detail.
