Chartered Building Surveyor

Our client offers the opportunity to work within a close-knit team, promoting a healthy balance in work, delivering consultancy services to clients including developers, landed estates, institutional investors and private clients.

They business is 25 strong, made up of qualified buildings surveyors, project managers and support staff. They have a zest for life, enjoying the clients and projects they represent, and currently seen as market disruptors, competing at the top of the table when it comes to providing consultancy advice.

What they are looking for..

They are seeking a chartered building surveyor who is comfortable in running projects and interacting with clients on day-to-day basis. The workload will entail 70% project work, 15% professional services and 15% business development and professional development. Day to day duties can include:

• Project management, project monitoring, contract administration.
• Dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations
• Developing and retaining new and existing business.
• Assisting junior members of the team with their APC

To be successful, you will be a chartered building surveyor, project focused and client facing. You will be a team player, with strong interpersonal skills, ,passionate about work and keen to stay with a business for the longer term.
