Chartered Building Surveyor

We have been retained by a established and well-regarded partnership to secure a chartered building surveyor for their London office.

Established in the late 1940’s, this partnership provides services including building surveying, cost management, health & safety and project management. They work with a variety of clients who own or operate assets within the commercial, education, health, leisure and residential sectors.

The position will be based in their Liverpool Street office where they currently employ 40 employees. Joining a team of 6, focusing on design and management of both small and large construction projects. You will deliver professional services ranging from dilapidations through to party wall, surveys and TDD advice. The workload will be balanced, however project bias where you can expect to encounter projects valuing anywhere from £500,000 up to £3m. Some of their current projects range from major roof refurbishments, classroom upgrades, design and build residential homes and CAT A + B fit out’s.

The successful individual will be MRICS up to 3 years PQE who enjoys generalist building surveying. Ideally you will have come from a consultancy or private practice, with experience of managing projects autonomously.
