An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a non-corporate practice in the West End. The firm boasts over 20 sociable and passionate professionals from Assistant to Partner level.

A traditional building surveying role providing services for both investor and occupier clients in the commercial and industrial sectors. Negotiating dilapidations, undertaking PPM's and TDD programmes are a list of responsibilities the team is currently delivering.

We are looking for someone who is Chartered (MRICS) possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Being client facing and commercial awareness are bonuses. You will have strong technical knowledge and have a positive 'can do' attitude.
