About the role

The established organisation dominates the built environment in the local Cambridgeshire County. The practice has a reputable reputation and takes great pride in delivering accurate construction advice. You will deliver a tailored service to clients across the County, working on offices and distribution centres.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor you will report into the Partner of the Commercial Building Surveying division. Working collaboratively with within a close-knit team benefiting from a fun, harmonious environment whilst remaining professional. Their hands on proactive approach offers continuous personal and career development.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate and pays close attention to detail. You will lead several multi-million pound schemes from inception to completion, whilst spotting new business opportunities. Managing external stakeholders, delivering progress reports and willing to go the extra mile are additional duties.
