Chartered Building Surveyor - Client Side

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a prestigious estate located in Zone 1. You will work within the Project Management team managing the beautiful portfolio across Central London.

The role

An established estate located in the heart of capital, the international organisation prides themselves on professionalism and integrity. The estate manages a delightful portfolio which consists of residential, commercial and industrial properties in London.

This is a generic building surveying role which plays a key and integral part in the Project Management teams success. You will provide accurate advice and technical support to help maintain the high levels of the estate. Active management of internal and external stakeholder relationships whilst having the organisations best interest. You will oversee maintenance, development and repair programmes and ensure projects run within budget.

You will also be involved with strategic future planning and provide support to junior members in the team.
