A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a boutique building surveying specialist in Amersham.

My client is a forward thinking dynamic practice who concentrates on the commercial sector. The organisation is a focused and professional outfit who have gone from strength to strength over the last several years. They are a friendly and passionate group of surveyors who pay close attention to detail and are willing to go the extra mile. Due to the continued success and organic growth, a position in the team has arisen.

This is a traditional building surveying role which encompasses both the professional and project disciplines. We are looking for an experienced commercially focused Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team undertaking survey and project schemes across the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and South East areas. You will lead programmes from inception to completion whilst managing stakeholder relationships and spotting business development opportunities.

• Dilapidations
• Technical Due Diligence
• Schedules of condition
• Contract administration
• Project management
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Defect analysis
• Party wall matters
• Building surveys
• Refurbishment

About the Chartered Building Surveyor:

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Client facing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
