A real estate organisation in Milton Keynes is looking to increase their building consultancy department with the addition of a Chartered Building Surveyor. Commercial and industrial specialists, the organisation provides accurate construction advice across Buckinghamshire.

My client is a progressive and slick outfit who prides themselves in delivering a professional and efficient service. The building consultancy team is made up of sociable and engaging individuals who are all passionate about their profession.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will deliver end to end surveying programmes and manage integral client relationships. The division is currently undertaking office fit outs, schedules of dilapidations and refurbishment projects. As a confident and competent surveyor, you will be tasked to support and provide mentorship to a small bunch of juniors.

Chartered Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Commercially aware
• Interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
