The building consultancy division plays an integral part in the success of the business. Work is predominately based in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering services across the project and professional discipline. You will liaise directly with important stakeholders and manage client relationships. Leading your own schemes and managing several projects is also a key responsibility.

• Preparing schedules of dilapidations (landlord & tenant)
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Contract administration
• Defect analysis
• Refurbishment
• Neighbourly matters
• Building surveys
• Reinstatement cost assessments

Chartered Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Full UK driver's licence
