Chartered Building Surveyor

Best in class building consultancy is seeking another superstar, chartered building surveyor, to join their star-studded team.

The business is a specialist building consultancy, providing rounded building surveying and project management services to landlords and institutional investors. Founded by four directors who heralded from one of the major London practices, their client base and instructions are enviable by any premier consultancy. These directors have built a solid practice, that not only offer top class instructions but a solid package and exceptional bonus to go with it.

The workload will be a mixture of both project and professional duties, with a current weighting to projects. With the majority of work being landlord led, experience of CAT A and CAT A+ would be a distinct advantage.

You will be a chartered building surveyor, with solid grounding in private practice or client organisations. Experience in offices and industrial projects is preferable.
