Within their London office, a team of chartered building surveyors, project managers, CAD technicians, and support personnel collaborate closely with the directors, fostering unity and collaboration. The role calls for taking charge of pivotal projects and clients, overseeing endeavors ranging from £100,000 up to £50 million. The focus will be predominantly on project management, necessitating strong expertise in both dilapidation assessments and surveys. Autonomy is key, and the ideal candidate will possess the drive to expand the service line.

The sought-after individual should be a local member of RICS based in London, showcasing a proven track record in successfully delivering projects and professional services, capable of seeing projects through from design inception to their ultimate completion.

In return, the position offers a competitive basic salary up to £65,000, complemented by a potential 20% bonus, pension, healthcare benefits, and more.
