A West end based real estate practice is looking to increase their building consultancy team with the addition of a Chartered Building Surveyor. The division are leading experts in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors.

We are looking for a confident Chartered Building Surveyor who is has the ambition and appetite to continue their career progression. You will be exposed to all forms of building surveying services and be tasked with looking after important stakeholders from day one. Clients include large blue-chip corporations, financial institutions, developers and high net-worth individuals. Typical programme values range from £150k - £9million.

The role is to support the building surveying lead with several multi-million schemes across Zone 1 and the surrounding home counties. You the successful Chartered Building Surveyor will display high levels of advice including, schedules of dilapidations, PPM's, contract administration, building surveys, office fit out (CAT A) and refurbishment.

Chartered Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Full UK driver licence
