Exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join an award-winning multi-discipline practice. You will work on the practices exclusive client portfolio across the commercial, industrial and private residential sectors.

About the role

A dynamic forwarding thinking practice established 20 years ago by five experienced Chartered Directors. The slick outfit prides themselves in delivering high levels of accurate construction advice within the built environment. Based in London Bridge the organisation operates in the heart of the capital and surrounding home counties.

The Chartered Building Surveyor will support one of the Lead Directors working collaboratively within a close-knit sociable team. The firm's hands on proactive approach offers continuous support and mentorship which encourages personal and professional development.

A generic building surveying role which encompasses both professional and project disciplines. You will lead several multi-million pound programmes across Zone 1 & 2, schemes range from £300k - £4million. Responsibilities include schedules of dilapidations, contract administration, reinstatement cost assessments, project management and planned maintenance programmes.
