Carriera is proud to partner with one of the UK's leading architect practices, our client is going through a significant period of growth within their CDM/ PD department (the team currently sits at 8 CDM professionals across the UK) and require an experienced CDM Consultant to join the team out of their offices in Liverpool.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning architect practice who have been previously been named "The #1 Architect practice to work for" in the UK. The successful candidate will be working on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, healthcare, retail, leisure, industrial, education, manufacturing and hotel projects across the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious CDM Advisor/ H&S Advisor to join a forward thinking organisation at an exciting time within the business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the H&S file from project inception through to completion.
• Review construction phase plans (CPP).
• Issue and maintain pre-construction information (PCI).
• Oversee design risk register.
• Attend design team and client meetings.
• Provide a CDM Advisor and H&S Advisor service to clients.
• Develop new and existing client relationships.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Construction or equivalent.
• Professional membership to IOSH, APS, or RIBA (desirable).
• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience of 2015 CDM Regulations.
• Knowledge of the Building Safety Act (desirable)
• 2 - 3 years experience in a CDM Advisor role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
