Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + excellent benefits package

Carriera is excited to partner with an independent forward thinking CDM/ Principal Designer practice who operate across the UK. Our client is going through an exciting period of growth and is currently recruiting for a competent CDM professional to join the team out of their Liverpool or Manchester office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious CDM professional to join the business during a pivotal time in their growth. You will receive full support from the Director and team of consultants whilst working on a diverse range of projects across the property & construction sector. This role would suit a well-rounded property and construction professional with a strong background in the delivery of CDM/ PD projects.

About the role

• Provide a CDM/ H&S service to clients.
• Offer H&S/ CDM consultancy service to clients and ensure clients are fully compliant with 2015 CDM Regulations.
• Ensure all associated CDM documentation is up to date e.g CPP's, PCI's, H&S File etc.
• Attend design team and client meetings and offer advice on risk.
• Development of clients on a regional and national basis.
• Develop new and existing client relationships across region.

Requirements

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
• NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate (essential).
• Professional membership to IOSH, APS, or RIBA (desirable).
• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience of 2015 CDM Regulations.
• Previous experience in a CDM Advisor or Principal Designer role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
