CDM Consultant

Carriera has partnered with a global property & construction consultancy that operates internationally in 125 countries. The business has been operating for over 50 years and offers a range of professional services to their clients across the built environment including engineering, architecture, design, development, surveying, health & safety / CDM.

Their portfolio of projects is vast with schemes across multiple, niche sectors from residential housing developments, logistics, retail, aviation, healthcare, education, advanced manufacturing, data centres, energy and more

They are recruiting for an experienced CDM consultant who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a well-respected, reputable organisation with amazing client exposure and a team of like-minded professionals.

This role is home based, with hybrid working in their Newark office & spending time on projects & sites across the midlands.

Duties:

• Undertake the role of CDM Advisor for our client offering advice relating to 2015 CDM Regulations.
• Preparation of all association documentation relating to CDM 2015 - construction phase plans, pre-construction information, F10's, H&S file etc.
• Ensure RAMS are in place for each project.
• Attend design and client team meetings advising on risk/ H&S legislation during.
• Develop new and existing client relationships.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Construction or equivalent.
• Membership to APS or IOSH.
• Excellent understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• HND or equivalent in a construction related discipline
• 4 years or more experience in a similar or related role (Essential)
