Carriera is excited to partner with an international multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who have been established for over 70 years and boast a headcount of over 1800 construction professionals. Our client is recruiting for an experienced CDM Advisor/ Principal Designer to join the team out of their Croydon or London office (there is no requirement how often the person is in the office, making this role suitable for people her prefer remote working environments) advising on 2015 CDM regulations and offering a health & safety service to clients across London and the South East.
The successful candidate will be working on a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, healthcare, leisure, arts, and mixed-use projects on a regional basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious CDM Advisor/ Principal Designer to join a forward-thinking consultancy which is going through an exciting period of growth.
Our client is ideally looking to hire someone from a consultancy background who has hands on experience with the various documentation associated with 2015 CDM Regs e.g construction phase plans, design risk registers, pre-construction information, F10's etc. but would also consider H&S professionals from a contractor background.
