The role

You will report in the Lead Partner in Building Surveying, this is a generic building surveying role that offers exposure across the projects and professional disciplines. You will lead schemes from inception to completion whilst managing stakeholder relationships. The team is delivering office fit outs, maintenance and survey programmes across Birmingham and local midlands area.

• TDD/Building Surveys
• Contract administration
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Feasibility studies
• Reinstatement cost assessments
• Project management

Successful Building Surveyor MRICS

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Client facing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
