Building Surveyor - City

An exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a multi-national consultancy in London. You will work across the practices prestigious client portfolio working on the residential, education and commercial sectors. Schemes range up the value of £3million.

The role

A traditional building surveying role which encompasses both the project and professional disciplines. You will support a Senior Building Surveyor who is also an experienced APC councillor. Working across Zone 1 and Zone 2 you will lead schemes from inception to completion whilst managing external stakeholders. We are looking for a confident and competent surveyor who is passionate and invested in their craft.

Responsibilities: contract administration, project management, technical due diligence, planned maintenance programmes and design specification.
