Building Surveyor - Barnet

An award-winning multi-discipline practice in Barnet is looking to grow their team with the addition of a building surveyor. The consultancy undertakes projects in the residential, education and commercial sectors, programme values range up to £10million.

My client comprises of a friendly and sociable bunch of construction individuals, they take great pride in their craft and are supported well. The organisation has a strong emphasis in progression and encourages continued personal and professional growth through a transparent development programme.

The role is to support a Senior Building Surveyor with multiple schemes across North London and Hertfordshire. Responsibilities include contract administration, project management, schedules of condition and planned maintenance programmes. Delivering schemes and managing stakeholder relationships are also duties.

You the successful building surveyor will be a proactive and forward-thinking individual who is driven to progress. An experienced APC councilor will support you with focused guidance to ensure you achieve full MRICS Chartership status.

Building Surveyor

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• Ideally started APC
• Proven project experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive 'positive' mentality
• Full UK driver's licence
