A personable multidiscipline practice in London Bridge is looking to add a Building Surveyor to their team. The close-knit friendly group of surveyors undertakes projects across the residential, education and commercial sectors.

Role:

This is a traditional building surveying role which offers exposure across the professional and project sectors. Maintenance, refurbishment and survey schemes are programmes the division is managing. Other responsibilities also contract administration, schedules of condition and party wall matters.

Successful Building Surveyor:

We are looking for a confident and professional individual, someone who is looking to continue their development. Ideally you will have at least 18 months building surveying experience with a private practice. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a 'can do' attitude are also requirements.
