Exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join an award-winning London based consultancy. A commercial specialist located in the heart of the capital, minutes walks from top restaurants and bars. You will work across the organisation's prestigious client portfolio in Zone 1 and 2.

About the role

A forward thinking division who pride themselves in delivering accurate construction advice within the built environment. The department is made up a close-knit and sociable bunch of surveyors who are passionate and invested into their craft.

This is a traditional building surveying role which encompasses both project and professional disciplines. You will support a Senior Building Surveyor with delivery of several multi-million pound schemes. APC support will be offered and managed from an experienced councillor who oversees the team daily. Responsibilities include contract administration, technical due diligence and planned maintenance programmes.
