We have been retained to secure a chartered building surveyor by one of our long standing client's London office. The opportunity will provide a brilliant platform to gain your chartership, allowing you to get involved with a diverse portfolio of clients, from landed estates, financial institutions, and developers.
About the position
Our client is a well-established building consultancy, providing building surveying, cost and project management services through their network of 4 offices. Their expertise was forged within one of the former great consultancies and has set the tone for what they have achieved to date and importantly the culture they have established.
The building surveying team within London are nimble, working closely with key clients, offering rounded professional advice, and delivering some excellent projects. Typical schemes go up to £2m in value and are a nice mixture of commercial and residential.
About you
You will have a degree within Building Surveying, and either working towards or gained your membership with RICS. Ideally you will have both project and professional experience, as well as contract administration on projects upwards of £150k.
