About the company

The Company was established seven years ago by two well-regarded and highly experienced Directors, who have a very loyal and exciting client base. Now 20 strong, they have built a strong and progressive business that promotes duty of care, innovation, professionalism and above all fun in what they do.

Services the business provides include building surveying, project management, development and cost consultancy offering the full array of services through private and local government sectors. They have an enviable client base for a boutique business, that is testament to how the Directors are regarded. These clients include large corporates, individual occupiers, fund managers, developers, local authorities, assisted living, museums, and loss assessors.

The Role

The role will see you supporting the directors, delivering a project advice, enticed with survey work, assisting upon assisted living schemes, regeneration plans and commercial projects. These projects will include new builds, refurbishments, extensions, alterations, through to cut & carve. Other duties will include meeting with clients, managing multi-discipline consultant teams and advising clients on programme, cost and procurement implications of projects for both public and private sector clients

About You

You will be a chartered building surveyor, who has had a solid grounding in the commercial world, whether it is in London or elsewhere in the UK. You will have a solid grounding in private practice; have an excellent pedigree in project and professional duties.

You will work in a collaborative manner, survive with a good level of autonomy and responsibility. Not be afraid to shoulder responsibility or work for a dynamic growing practice that is not constrained/ stifled by systems or processes.

Basic Salary up to £63,000
