A property consultancy in London is looking to increase their team with the addition of a building surveyor. The medium sized organisation provides tailored construction advice across the commercial, prime residential and industrial sectors.

My client is a personable and sociable practice, the building surveying team comprises of passionate and friendly professionals. The division is constantly seeking ways to evolve by becoming more streamlined and efficient. The department is delivering office fit outs, refurbishment programmes and survey schemes across the capital. Typical project values range from £50k - £2million.

You the successful building surveyor will have proven project experience and be confident in running your own programmes. We are looking for a driven and proactive individual, the selected building surveyor will manage important stakeholder relationships. Progression is a high priority for the practice, you will be given the opportunity to continue personal and professional development from a career growth scheme.

Building Surveyor

• BSc in building surveying
• Ideally started APC
• Interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commercially aware
