About the Client:
With 3 offices across the UK. This firm specialises in offering project and professional services within the private property sector. Their service range encompasses technical due diligence, project management, contract administration, surveys, development monitoring, scheme monitoring, and more. With a team of approximately 25 dedicated professionals, they have built a loyal client base that includes entities such as funds, investors, private equity firms, high-net-worth individuals, and occupiers. They are known for providing top-tier guidance on significant projects and portfolios, consistently setting high standards in the property and construction industry.
The Role:
Project related duties include: contract administration, project management, project monitoring, construction management. Other services include, TDD, building surveys, dilapidations, expert witness, reinstatement cost assessments and PPM’s to name a few. Projects they have recently completed include the part-demolition and construction of new supermarket valued at £3m and more recently they have procured a design and build boutique hotel, acting as project appraisal and fund monitor valued at £7m.
About You:

The work primarily focuses on projects but may encompass professional services as needed. A RICS Accredited degree is a requirement, and exposure to contract administration and project management is advantageous.
