Building Surveyor

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing your technical expertise in building surveying, with a particular focus on design and specification. You'll collaborate closely with Senior and Managing surveyors, engaging with clients on a daily basis, and taking on a range of responsibilities, including surveys, inspections, project team management, party wall awards, dilapidations, and more.

Your role will involve the management of small to midsize projects, which will test your communication and leadership skills. It provides a high level of autonomy while ensuring support from your senior colleagues when needed. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, driven, and willing to go the extra mile to excel.

To be successful in this position, you should possess an RICS accredited degree and demonstrate both theoretical and practical knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. Your organizational skills, professionalism, and commitment are crucial, as is a solid understanding of project and professional services.
