This well-established consultancy is one of the nation’s largest commercial property consultancies, advising on £16 billion worth of property each year from their nationwide office network, with exciting current projects in the media and tech sector valued at around £100 million. They pride themselves on maintaining a network of leading brands through working with many household names including the BBC, BT, Kier Group and HSBC.
As the Associate Director Quantity Surveyor you will work closely with the Lead Director of the project management team, who will be your mentor, advisor and leader. They will introduce to existing clients, helping you to win work and build the service offering. Through your success you will progress through to Directorship and receive all the accolades and compensation from this prolific consultancy.
About you
The successful candidate will be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor from a consultancy background. You are used to taking the lead on projects, managing and fostering client relationships as well as mentoring the Graduate and Assistant Quantity Surveyors, honing in on your managerial skills.
