As an Associate Director of Quantity Surveying in the central London office, you'll be leading the team of QS's delivering projects varying from office, industrial, residential, education and healthcare with contract values up to £100 million. Winning new business as well as developing existing relationships will be a large part of your role.
About you
You will be ideally be MRICS and have significant experience leading a team, comfortable managing both projects and junior staff. You'll be a confident communicator and negotiator who takes to the client-facing role naturally.
